At ROC, we aim to make shipping simple, reliable, and transparent.

Right now we only provide shipping within the United States

Standard Shipping

We currently ship all standard domestic orders via USPS Ground.

$6 flat-rate shipping on orders under $70
Free standard shipping on orders over $70

Express Shipping

For customers who need their order sooner, we offer express shipping for $15.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to you automatically via email.

Estimated Delivery Times

USPS Ground: 2 to 5 business days
Express Shipping: 1 to 3 business days

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. ROC is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, ROC is not responsible for carrier delays. However, we will gladly assist you in tracking and resolving any shipping issues.
